- B.Arch Degree from an IAB Accredited University.
- Good Skill in preparing working drawing with specification,
- Corresponding skill with other engineering Consultant.
- Capable to work in team & high pressure environment
- Good communication skill.
- Efficient & Experienced in preparation of Architectural Detailing and Specifications.
- Proficiency to Review Architectural & Engineering working drawing with ability to coordinate with contractor’s team.
- Ability to assist and approve Drawings, Samples & work methodology for contractors
- Capacity to Partner with management to define project strategy and translate it in site.
- Lead and inspire creative team to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development to the creation of preliminary sketches.
Project Architect (2Posts) 8-10 Years Experience.
- B.Arch. Degree from an IAB Accredited University.
- Experience in preparing working drawing with specification, corresponding with other engineering service provider.
- Capacity to work in team & high pressure environment
- Good communication, presentation skill and eager to learn.
- Partner with management to define project strategy and translate strategy to the development of creative concept.
