In Bengali "Nishorgo" Language signifies “the environment”. The concept of conserving the identity of nature is implied in this project. It served the purpose of nature education and interpretation tours, to create awareness. The center also promotes biodiversity, conservation and ecotourism. It helped visitors acknowledge the astounding biodiversity found in this region of Bangladesh. It is a community-focused visitor interpretation center for forest areas.
