Despite several site challenges, Nassa Heights is an aspirational endeavor to accommodate a much coveted commercial development project. In the middle of a diverse urban fabric, the site is located in the compacted region of Gulshan, facing two roads on opposite sides with increasing daily traffic. Because of the difficult setting, the project had to follow a strategy that would resolve the contextual incoherence while keeping an eye on aesthetics.
