Description
Whenever we talk about workouts, we only think about physical activities in parks or playfields. There are very few places for mental exercises. In the era of smartphones, we are about to forget reading, thinking, meditation or praying. Our five senses ( Sight, Hearing, Smell, Taste and touch) should also exercise. When people come to such a space, they will enjoy it.
A beautiful sight of the park throughout the day, even at night, hearing the sound of water and tweets, smelling the tropical fragrance flowers, tasting some local seasonal fruits and touching the handmade paving materials, grass and mud. When people start to visit the park regularly, their five senses will work subconsciously. The park has two playfields (Dhupkhola Playfield and Sadek Hossain Khoka Playfield) within walking distance. A certain age group, particularly young people, use the playfields, according to our close observation of the activities there. Some adult people use the walkways. However, the fields are not appropriate for toddlers or elderly people. There is a scarcity of space for these two age groups. So we need a safer slow-activity area for them and also a silent space where people can sit silently for a while.
