British American Tobacco Company (BAT) as part of their social responsibility initiatives, actively promotes the livelihood of farmers in North Bengal. Our idea for the BAT office seamlessly blends the cultivation culture of our rural landscape with BAT's forward-thinking ethos: Bold, Fast, Empowered, Divers and responsible. We've embodied this fusion in a concept that symbolizes the labyrinth of rural landscapes and transitions to a contemporary workspace layout. Our design philosophy centers on this labyrinth, a potent symbol of wholeness, journey, and reflection. By breaking the conventional office structures, we've created a fluid, uncluttered layout that encourages creativity and unity.
