Description
The project embodies a thoughtful and innovative approach to office design, centered on four fundamental principles: visual identity, individual well-being, working efficiency, and team harmony. The core concept aimed to integrate these philosophies into every aspect of the office environment, from workstation design to building surfaces. To achieve these goals, careful material selection was pivotal. The surfaces were chosen to be sensuous and acoustically suitable, ensuring a visually aesthetic and emotionally resonant workspace. The furniture system was precisely crafted to facilitate a productive office environment, offering privacy, shared spaces, and clear organization. Through a combination of biophilic design elements, open breakout spaces and deliberate lighting choices, the design promotes a healthy, productive, and cohesive group of dynamism. Sensory interfaces were a key consideration, addressing visual, tactile, and even effluvial experiences. The design thoughtfully separates noisy and quiet areas and ensures neutral fragrances through functional orientation. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the project takes a responsive approach. The workstation cluster, designed to accommodate three workstations, integrates ample storage and separate work surfaces. This adaptable module can be arranged hexagonally for larger groups, with an inner space for small group meetings, emphasizing both privacy and communication. In essence, this project blends artistic sensibility with functional pragmatism, encouraging an environment that nurtures individual and collective growth.
