The master planning has been done in a manner that the land will be partially developed for the Bengal Knittex composite factory with its utility and the rest of the land will be developed according to prospects. The central road divides the plot into 2 portions, the road contains the utility connections for the factory building as well as the future extensions. The concept is to go for two buildings connected with bridges. One will be the served building where the main production will be done and another will be the served building.
