Project Descriptions:

United commercial bank is one of the leading financial institutes in the country. The head quarter moved from Motijheel commercial area to Gulshan in 2011. This project was converted from a shopping center to a business place. It’s design derived from an open plan concept. Idea was to give all staff members a feeling and expression of one big family. In order to achieve this false ceiling was avoided thus gained maximum height. This created one open working floor area. The meeting rooms were placed in the middle to create space for smaller working groups in a large floor plate.
