Project Descriptions:

Jalalabad House is a luxurious apartment complex for Shanta Holdings Ltd. It consists of 18 apartment of 4000sft each. The building was strategically placed, which gave space to introduce a garden on the front which acts as a transitional space between indoor and outdoor. Large opening on north facade with throughout veranda helps to take advantage of ample daylight and natural ventilation. Wood, steel and fair-faced concrete was predominantly used on the outer facade of this project.
