Project Descriptions:

The Defense Services Command and Staff College is a refurbishment project including extension of an eight storied academy building along with accommodation facilities. The building’s climate sensitive design approach promotes energy efficiency by reducing the need of air conditioning. Floating roof above the central atrium and the double height space in ground floor engenders an air funnel facilitating natural air circulation throughout the building. True expression in design of the building leaves no room for value engineering. The project program includes Auditorium, Library, Planarium, Syndicate Room, Prime ministers lounge and Central atrium for spacious gathering etc. The surrounding open landscape is blended into the compound through landscaping and recreational facilities.
